# Post Rich email signature

Two wide (landscape) HTML signatures in the postrich.co style (Orbitron wordmark, twin star outline,
charcoal `#212121`), plus a plain-text fallback.

| File | Use |
| --- | --- |
| `signature-light.html` | Default; sits on white email backgrounds |
| `signature-dark.html` | Charcoal card that mirrors postrich.co |
| `signature.txt` | Plain-text emails and clients without HTML signatures |
| `assets/logo-stacked-dark@2x.png`, `assets/logo-stacked-light@2x.png` | Stacked logo used in the signatures (2x for retina) |
| `assets/logo-dark@2x.png`, `assets/logo-light@2x.png` | Horizontal logo lockup for other uses |
| `assets/star-dark@2x.png`, `assets/star-light@2x.png` | Star mark alone (e.g. profile picture) |
| `preview.png` | How both look under an email |

## 1. Logo images

The signatures load the logo from
`https://showcase.postrich.co/email-signature/logo-stacked-dark@2x.png` and
`.../logo-stacked-light@2x.png`, which are already online. Email clients only load images from public
HTTPS URLs, so keep that site up, or move the two PNGs to your own domain (e.g. postrich.co's
`public/email/` folder on Vercel) and search-and-replace the URL in both HTML files.

The whole package is downloadable at
https://showcase.postrich.co/email-signature/postrich-email-signature.zip

## 2. Details

Filled in for Thanakrich Kulchartchai (Michael), Business Development. For another team member,
edit the name, Thai name, title and the `tel:` / LINE / `mailto:` links in both HTML files and
`signature.txt`. The LINE link uses the add-friend format `https://line.me/ti/p/~<LINE ID>`.

## 3. Install

Open the HTML file in a browser (or the hosted copy, e.g.
https://showcase.postrich.co/email-signature/signature-light.html), select all
(Cmd/Ctrl+A), copy, then paste into:

- **Gmail:** Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new → paste → Save.
- **Apple Mail:** Settings → Signatures → + → paste. Untick "Always match my default message
font" so the styling is kept.
- **Outlook (web / new Outlook):** Settings → Account → Signatures → paste → Save.
- **Outlook (classic Windows):** File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New → paste.
- **Proton Mail (web / desktop app):** Settings → All settings → Identity and addresses →
Display name and signature → paste into the signature field → Update. Pick the address
first if you have several. Proton keeps the logo as a linked (hosted) image, which is what
this signature uses. Proton Mail Bridge users (Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird) set the
  signature in that client instead.

Send a test email to yourself (ideally to a Gmail and an Outlook address too) to confirm the
logo loads.

## Notes

- The wordmark is an image because email clients don't load web fonts; name, title and contact
details stay live text so they remain selectable and accessible.
- Text uses Optima where available (Apple devices), falling back to Candara / Segoe UI / Arial.
- If images are blocked, the alt text "Post Rich" shows in the brand colours and the layout
  keeps its size.
- Some clients (Outlook desktop, Gmail on iOS) recolour emails in dark mode; the light version
  is the safer default.
